Soon after they were warming stages across North America for AC/DC.

Already a global success in the wake of debut album Tourist History, this appearance only went to further demonstrate that the Bangor boys had arrived, following a previous US chat show spot on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon two years earlier.
Snow Patrol (2012)
Arguably Northern Ireland's biggest musical export to the States since the turn of the millennium and one of a number of appearances on the show, Gary Lightbody and co. performed this underrated single from breakthrough album Final Straw amongst selections from their still most recent release, 2011's Fallen Empires.

Gary Moore (1991)
In his only guest spot on the programme of all the acts he's featured in or collaborated with, the late blues guitarist made it count with a soul-baring rendition of 'Still Got the Blues (For You)', the only song of his to chart in America's Billboard Top 100.
